Hello my name is Maria Steer,
I am a integrative humanistic therapist. That means I work with many different modalities of therapy. This includes looking at past experiences that may be having a destructive or negative influence on your life. Therapy is about movement and change. I believe that the therapeautic relationship is one of the most important factors of therapy, which enriches the process leading towards my clients living a more balanced and fulfilled life.
